Respected sir,

Further to my complaint no. [protected] dated 27.1.2019 and i'd. No. 2205810 dated 13.1.2019 at 8.24 am. At the cost of repetition, i am an owner of b-5/54, paschim vihar, new delhi, and a senior citizen of 75 years, the construction at b-5/55, is still going on in full swing and they have already raised the pillars and laid the roof on their basement / car parking and are now getting readying the further pillars for the roof of first floor against the sanctioned plan and in utter violation of rule of ngt and supreme court etc. There is an imminent danger to my property aforesaid. This is to inform you neither any of your official have visited nor any action is being taken. Sir with great heart felt, it is a pity, m. C. D is not taking any action. What is the use of making a complaint.
