M.m. Photographic Stores — Charged me an extra conveyance fee while buying a product using card

I was trying to buy an electronic product by using my credit card. While purchasing it, they mentioned that I had to pay a 2% conveyance fee. I know by law that this conveyance fee is usually paid by the store to the bank, but they were charging it from the customer, which is a crime.
