M Pockett — Cheating by m pockett team to a student (fraud case)

Dear Sir,
My daughter (student in a college) gets mislead to borrow a loan of amount Rs. 500/- one year ago through "mpockett" mobile application unknowingly. Somehow, she didn't inform to the parent of this cheating.
Now, this turns to Rs. 27000/- by applying hefty and illegal interest on the principal amount of Rs. 500/-.
Now mpockett has started harassing my student by sending Recovery Notice, which affecting my daughter's study as well as mental pressure.
Today, I came to know this matter and writing complaint to Consumer Forum to save from such criminal miscreant.
Appreciate your immediate help to resolve the issue.
