I booked ticket directly from MR travel pune to jodhpur. 7k for 2 seats. After in the mid of journey they asking for 1000 extra for kid 5 year old only. Just blackmailing.
Also staff person asking to carry luggage in the bus or seat cabin. Because they already loaded bus luggage space. Luggage handel by staffed very poorly because of that my trolley bag is damage. Now I want refund for that also they took 1000 extra for 5 year old kid.. I need refund that amount also.
-bad service no time management, my bus late by 9hrs.
-asking for extra money in the bus while journey started.
-no luggage management.. They will damage your luggage very unprofessional.
I have record videos and I know name of staff.. Bus number all information I have.
