Hi I am also cheated from m-tech developers. I have deposited two lakhs in camilla garden. Deposited all refund papers in 2013 (Original receipts etc). No feedback from company after so many reminders. Plz suggest what to do? How to get refund?? Plz help me regarding the same. Has anyone got the refund?? Where to file the complaint? I am also being cheated by M-Tech. I have paid the booking amount of Rs. 1, 60, 000/- to M-Tech for Camillia Garden-II projects. I am not getting any plot or my money till. what I do. please advice.
