M-Tech Developers — plot of land in camellia garden bhiwadi | |
Hi I had bought two plots from m tech builders measuring 200 sq yards and 300 sq yards located at bhiwadi from m tech developers in the year 2006. I had paid them advance amount by cheque of rs. 200000/- and rs. 300000/- respectively in addition to cash rs.50000/- through their agents ashley estates (Mr. Ashish and mr. Ranjit) based out of gurgaon. In addition to the plots i had also bought a two bedroom flat in the project m tech heights for which i had paid rs.175000/- by cheque, again through ashley estates. Further to the payments i have been repeatedly pursuing the builder for the status of the project but i am not getting any information from him. Request you to kindly help me get my hard earned money along with interest back from this crook of this builders. Please also suggest what is my legal right in case this case is not resolved. M tech developers have not given the flat whicj we booked in 2006 ...its 13 years...i want the flat with good returns...please...i help me to get it ...there are 2 flats known people...they are cheaters ...is there anyway to get our flat from them...i have a papers
