I want to draw your attention to two unequivocal things that have lingered on for some time and I would request a closure on the same.
1. The property purchased was on subvention and under 5:95 payment plan. I paid 5% upfront and almost 75% was disbursed through ABHFl. There was an additional demand note of around 5, 3 lakhs which was generated and was subsequently not honored by the bank due to unavailability of funds. The banker also discussed with the CRM and I expatiated at length with the CRM representatives for my account to obliterate this and the matter should have been nipped there and them.
To my chagrin I receive a demand note couple of days back with almost 80% interest charged on the same. This is plain preposterous and despite having spoken to the the concerned and agreeing on stalling this and moving the same amount to the final dispensation. This seems to still continue unabated and I want you to please look into this.
2. The subvention that was supposed to be till possession, but the delayed mired this without subvention being extended. I was forced at the eleventh hour to opt for moratorium and now as the moratorium ends to pay up for the EMIs till possession is offered.
I have talked and written adnauseum on this, but M3M is supinely indifferent, neither are calls being picked nor are messages being replied to.
I don’t what the eventual resolve but I implore you to kindly look into the concerned matter and issue appropriate steps to mitigate this. Was this information helpful? |
