I had booked a flat in M3M crown in March 2023 under 5:95 subvention scheme & BBA was done in MAY 23. In June & July I got my loan sanctioned from IDFC & ICICI but banks run away as reasons everybody knows. Once situation improves I got my Loan sanctioned from 2 more banks in early DEC with prior intimation to M3M team by Emails, Phone, What's up messages------but surprisingly once they come to know Loan is getting sanctioned they cancelled the unit & demanded revival FEE which I objected to but Finally reluctantly paid within set time frame but still they are not getting me revival & are giving one after another excuses[protected]They are big Crooks & in next few days will file a case in RERA, Criminal Court & ED against M3M Directors & its team of CRM-----Will take name of these 4-5 people shortly for cheating & harassment.
