I have bought one Retail virtual space shop unit in M3M INDIA PVT LTD in the commercial project named as Broadway. I was told about so many benefits regarding assured return of 24 % till possesion and possesion will be coming in the next 2 to 2.5 years. So it was promised to me and the M3M sales associate (Sanket Kapadia) & M3M channel partner (Mohit Sharma & Hari Om Shisodiya) made the booking for me and took the required payment amount from me in the month of June 2021. This booking was made in June 2021 and later in November I have came to know that they have applied for OC and M3M has already stopped my assured return and demanded the full payment from me with in just 19-29 days in the months of November as 30th Due date with in just the 3 months of time from my booking date . Now the point of concern is when this booking was made, I had a mind set that I would be paying the final due payment after 18-24 months of time and also planned my financial budget accordingly and that is too a less amount as I will be accumulating my assured return of 24% with M3M only & at the time of final payment they will adjust my all accumulated assured return amount and I will pay the rest of the balance. Also there the GST will going to be exempted on the accumulated assured return with M3M India only. However, they did play a dirty game with me at the time of booking and the sales team gave me all the misleading and false promises, commitments & Informations in order to have me invested in M3M Project . This is all false & deceptive business practices being executed by M3M INDIA PVT LTD to me. Now I have been after all the concerned department and employees of M3M India Pvt Ltd like Mr. Harish Suri the vice president in the CRM department of M3M. I did meet to him in person regarding my all these issues and problems and trick played by the sales divison or department of M3M . He said I do not have anything in writing despite they don't even give all these things in writing to any of the customer . It is just that they only provide the Allotment letter upon receiving the agreed payment from the customer. Then the customers hands are cutt off to do anything, if things get deviates from what it was exactly told & promised . I have all the proofs to prove M3M guilty. Also, Mr. Harish Suri told me that he needed sometime to speak with the M3M management regarding my issue and he will get back to me. I did meet with him on November 26th 2021 and then I have made several phone calls to him and sent text messages and emails . But he just answered my phone once in between and said he needed 1-2 days time more and will get back to me. Now it's been 3 days he is just not answering any of my phone calls nor respond to any of my emails or text messages . I am really afraid now as my due date for the final payment was November 30th 2021, Since I haven't heard anything back from Harish Suri finally. So I did send them the email on November 29th that my final due payment will be delayed until I hear from Harish Suri or my issue gets resolved. None of them has even acknowledged my email till date . Now today they have sent me an email for the pre-cancellation notice of my unit and they will going to forfeit my paid my amount to them just like that only. They also said that I did not Entertain their payment demand neither respond back to them. Despite, I did always respond to there emails on time and answered there phone calls from collections team from Deepak Yadav and Deepak Yadav is also aware of everything that I did meet to Harish Suri and I am waiting to hear from him . Yet they sent me a threatening email and creating a panic situation for me. Before I approach the court and file a case against them for 420, I wanted to file a complaint here to see if anything can be resolved .
