On 30/7/2020, Fahad Khan of Squareyards Consulting Ltd (Gurugram) who are brokers for M3M said that a scheme for M3M Marina project was likely to open with a discount for those who register for the scheme for purchase of flat.
Fahad Khan said that the EOI amount was 100% refundable within 7 days of withdrawal of EOI, and also sent email on 30/7/2020 to confirm this.
As advised by Fahad Khan, I transferred Rs.25000 as EOI through online payment to M3M India Pvt.Ltd. a/c[protected], ICICI Bank, Sun city, Sec 54, Gurugram.

On 16/8/2020, I sent email to fahad.[protected]@squareyards.co.in and CC to rajan.[protected]@m3mindia.com for withdrawal of EOI and refund of Rs.25000
Despite initial response, and assurance of refund processing, Rajan Kalra of M3m India, Fahad Khan of Squareyards stopped responding to email reminders for refund of the EOI amount. Subsequently Rajan Kalra of M3m India, and Fahad Khan of Squareyards have disappeared from the scene
Many email reminders to M3M India, and CC to Squareyards have only given standard reply that it is being investigated, being processed for refund without any definite date of refund.
The last email dated 27/10/2021 from one Prateek Verma of Squareyards mentioned that the matter is being investigated... etc.
Even after 2 years the amount of Rs.25000 has still not been refunded by M3M India.
