They are the worst people in doing business.They take all the money in one go and leave you with pains. Their tone/voice changes once they receive money. They are fraud. They dont consider your shipments as their responsibility.They provide you worst service.The driver keeps mocking you. The packing staff which consist of 1 member runs away at the time o[censored]nloading.So you have to do it on your own.This person will tell you that he is going for tea provide him 100/- and you see there is no return, . 1) I was not provided relevant documents throughout the process.
2) It was agreed that the consignment has to be picked from 3 different places in Jhansi and has to be moved to Gurgaon/DLI 2 differnt addresses.
With the agreed upon charge of 20k i was asked to pay 2k in extra which was not a part of agreement but i did so to avoid collision which was not a
good beginning with.
3) I was asked to pay the full amount but i paid 15k in cash and the rest 3k at the point of first unloading.
4) There was only one person available for the unloading/unpacking. So i have to help him out which was again a curse.
5) The full materials meant to be unloaded/unpacked were not unloaded/unpacked which i had to do on my own
6) While some of the shipment was being brought to the floor a marble was broken, furniture damaged and almirahs dented.Almost everything had some dent or totally broken.
7) In the mid of the job when i paid 3k to the cargo staff this person took some time off and left leaving me in ruins
8) The leftover shipment was unloaded by me.
9) When i contacted the office number in Lucknow there was no assistance provided but there was much resistance too
10) The driver was not ready to shift the truck until money was given to him
11) I had to take a day off and asked the same from my friend as well which was a loss of pay for both o[censored]s.
11) I had to personally deal with the driver(which was not supposed to be my task) to get the cargo to the second point.For this i paid 4000/- to the driver.
12) All the shipment was unloaded unpacked in the mid of the night by me and my friend.
13) Throughout the process i was tensed, insulted, harassed by the calls from the Maa kali office and the staff.
14) Mr Misra and some ex-lieutenant guy from the staff were acting like goons over the call and instead of assistance they were inposing fear throughout leaving me in despair.

Mr. Vikhyat you have no rights to say any thing about any services of Maa Kali Packers and Movers because you are also froud person and I think this is your identity...this is end intimation for you again time my company will go to the consumer forum for your froudness. If you have any query then you can share with me personally. You have no rights to break any law of our constitution. This is totally unlegal...

Why you don't pick our phone calls and why you don't give me answer, tell me what is froud of my company. You r a theif person. If you have any evidence to prove it that we r wrong then show it...regarding legally otherwise our team will take a action from legal department...
