Firstly it took 9 days to deliver the car, to certain extent i can understand since there was body work to be done.But there wasn't a proper follow up which was provided to me and false commitment on delivery dates.
Issues i faced are below,
1. Just before delivering the vehicle after me continuously following up, the company was telling me that we weren't able to fix the front bumper properly, This is after claiming around 20000 from the insurance company. I for the last 4 to 5 days i kept on asking about the status and if all issues have been fixed. Even during this time no one told me about this issue. Then i brought this issue up with Mr Suresh Menon and they had taken a look at it, unfortunately if you look at the photo attached the work wasn't properly done, they just applied some gum which looks so dirty. I have attached photograph.
2. Paint on the front bumper wasn't done properly and there are air bubbles all over the right side. this is after claiming 20000 rs from the insurance company. I will inform the insurance company about the improper work which was done by Honda after claiming so much of money. photo graph attached.
3. Mud flaps no screws were put even after i had spoken to Honda company at porur (Maanasrovar Honda). i told them so many times that the mud flaps are falling off because the screws are not put properly, but they haven't looked into the issue and just left it like that. photo graph attached without screws on mudflaps.
4. Coming to water wash and service, please take a look at the photo i am attaching, there is Bird poop on the top of the vehicle. full of it and other dirt. What kind of service is this. is there no manager that monitors all this. Or is it just take the money, make some sales and then let the customer bang there head.
I have shown all above complaints to the person who had delivered the car and he had also taken photographs. So this is not some story that i am making up, this is all facts.
I am very disappointed with the service at Honda Maansarovar, even if i had to give my car to a road side mechanic they would have done a 100 time better job than what was done by Honda.
I want all these complaints fixed, and do not charge me for petrol charges of pick and drop of vehicle. company needs to bear the cost. And for the pain i had gone through i want my car completely waxed and polished with rubbing and internal detailing. This is for all the pain i have gone through and surely there should be some compensation. Otherwise this company will never take anything serious.
