Madhur Courier — changed the rakhi

They are really the worst courier service in india, rakhi is a love bonding festival of brother and sister and they stole my rakhis from the pack and replace them with cheap 2 rs rakhi.. And pack the envelope again
And for some parcel they just stole half the rakhis and pack the envelope again..
How can anybody do this, how can anybody dont understand a sister sensiment attached with the rakhi.. A brother is waiting for her sister’s rakhi..
And they just stole the rakhi.. Madhur has the most unprofeesional staff and also the thief..

On 3 august i send a parcel khimsar, nagaur rajastha to jaipur shivi ji nagar civil line jaipur. i twenty called to madhur courier telephone operator but not responsable. no satisfied reply

We send a parcel - 2 top and 1 jean
This parcel is for Kanpur, we send that from Aligarh to Kanpur on 31/07/2018 but still they didn't not deliver that parcel at Kanpur and no suitable and about the parcel
Plz let us know about the parcel and punish them
