Madhur Courier — Complaint about my parcel I booked from Damoh to Indore

I booked a parcel from Damoh to Indore, At the time of booking on 28th august (Saturday) I ask the shopkeeper, when will the package get delivered his said it will get deliver on Monday 30th august or on Tuesday.

And it is received in indore madhur courier palasia office but they are not ready to deliver to the recipient nor on Monday neither on Tuesday. And when on Wednesday my person went to the office personally to pick the parcel they said their boy is not going to your area everyday. He only cover bicholi area once in a week.

This is ridiculous. Will not courier next ever from madhur ...
