Madhur Courier — Item refused to deliver

Hii I am Sourav Singh staying in Amritsar. My order no [protected] has reached Amritsar. However Madhur Courier Amritsar franchise owner Mr Mukesh has refused to deliver the same to my address and asking me to pick it up from their shop which i cannot because of my job commitments. Request to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.
