Madhur Courier — parcel of shahdol (mp) did not received to customer

I have sent the parcel to madhur courier address- huzrat road, , jnsi road no -1 in front of janak hospital lashkar gwalior.. on 09/5/2023. .. parcel tracking is showing till bhopal.. after that it is not showing till now.. i have called several time.. but there is no response.. ..they are saying that parcel is lost., , and i am regular customer of madhur courier from last 20 years…. parcel value was. 23050/-
