[Resolved]  Madhya Gujarat Vij Company [Mgvcl] — Power cut problem

I am a resident of Virpur District Mahisagar. We had a complaint about this at MGVCL Virpur Sub Station and Customer Service Center on 13/10/2022, when there was a power outage at our house on 13/10/2022, then those locos called at 12 in the night. So told that the power cord has been cut, it will not happen in the night. Electricity comes in the service of 24*7, its work can be done even at night, so why our electricity was not turned on completely and if there is any such rule or circulation that it cannot be done in the night, then we should be told. And after disconnecting the wire, after turning on half the line, then it should be told that there is a rule that how many people should be left without electricity by wire from anywhere.
