Madras Institute Of Fashion Technology — admission fee never return

My wife joined in Madras Institute of Fashion Technology. While admission i paid 11000/-, 1000/- as admission and advance 10000. We are newly married on june 2023. My wife interested to study as fashion desiner. In oct 2023 first week he join and went for a college only 3 days. Due to she is pregent my mother never send her to college. I went to the institution and given letter about the reason and i said to return my advance paid amout 10000. Institution reception madam said they will contact the manager and they will contact. More that four month ago i contacted 8 times and went to the institution two times they said more reasons about the payment return. Finally one day they said it never be returnable. I become more disappointed.
