Hello, namaste!
Today, 10 Nov 2023 (Friday), at 9:16 AM IST, I made a payment of 408 INR via Paytm (UPI Ref No.[protected]; receipt picture attached) to purchase one book from this website. However, although my payment was successful, the order never got placed. I emailed the customer support email ID ([protected]@madrasshoppe.com) twice - NO response yet. I tried to call the customer support phone/WhatsApp numbers (+91 [protected] / +91 [protected]) several times, still couldn't connect - either no one picked up the calls or the calls never connected.
After some web research, and also looking at the similar nature of complaints here, I would like to flag and report this website as a fraudulent one. Please ban this domain immediately to protect several other such buyers and respected citizens of our world.
Of course, I would like claim a REFUND of the 408 INR I paid (via Paytm transfer, receipt attached).
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
