Madurai Kamaraj University — Degree Certificate Not Issues

I have requested for Degree certificate and paid fees also for the same and sent mail also multiple times to university but no response.

I have shared details of payment paid, mark sheet and hall ticket also through post along with form. Issue still not solved.

Exam year 2017

I am in very urgent need of it to peruse further studies. Pls support
