I have done MBA in Hospital management in the year 2019. I got my provitional and consolidated marksheet, but i didn't get my course completion certificate. Without that i cant apply for convocation. Learners support centre in Kolkata are stopped by Madurai kamaraj as per the new ugc guidelines. So please help me to get my course completion certificate.
