My sister completed MA at Madurai Kamaraj University successfully and requested for the genuineness certificate as per protocol and has not been issued the same for two years now.
Recently my brother visited the university for the same and was advised to pay additional fees. It has been two months since paying the additional fees and yet the certificate has not been issued. The Ministry of Education from Kerala has written multiple times requesting the same as the said certificate is necessary.
I have tried to contact them multiple times by phone, WhatsApp and email. I have not gotten any response from them. Out of the many numbers listed on the website, only one number gets picked and the lady redirects to another number and no one picks it up.
This is unbecoming of a university.
I wrote an email to the director, assistant director, and even the vice chancellor and I have not obtained a response yet.
Kindly suggest what can be done to elicit a response from this university.
