Dear sir,
I had very bad experience today while travelling in a bus. Commitment given to me that the bus will start at 1.45pm and started at 3.30pm. Here main issue is that i am diabetic and got urgent urinal at 5.30pm and requested driver to stop the vehicle for 2 min urinal rest. But driver refused and that started using bad words. Pls educate the drivers to take care of customers during journey. Drivers must be humble to customers for any business growth in transport business. Pls take care of customers.
