My self R. Chithra rajakumar from madurai Zone, I gave my mobile Samsung S advance 9070 for the service as my hand device fell in to water, I approached the Madurai Poorvika mobile show room which is located at Nethaji road, The person in front reception asked me to take to the upster, when I surrendered my device to the service centre at the upster (first floor), my display was on in halfway(half display was in ON condition). They just said display problem alone, it will take a day to repair and also they only informed me that we will phone you regarding the status but they failed to do it, also they haven’t provided any receipt as acknowledgement when I surrounded my mobile to your poorvika service centre. Since I had a belief on your Show room as well being regular customer to your poorvika mobile show room in various part of the cities, later on I made call to Poorvika centre :( [protected], +[protected]) and they simply said it will take long time to repair. So I received my mobile from your poorvika center and moved to the Samsung authorized dealer. Where I came to find out that the camera inbuilt was missing and the ON/OFF button was also not in proper condition, screw was missing in the mounting part. When I called Poorvika centre they said we received your mobile in dead condition only but this was wrong statement. On this case I feel very guilty, when I came to know such complains. I would also like to share few words being one of the popular mobile show room in various part of the cites, I found this the most horrible center among your poorvika groups of show room but this doesn’t happen in Chennai zone. There is also very poor response when the customer approaches this show room. Those employed peoples in this show room they stand together and only chat among them (unskilled employees). In this case I kindly request you to take this as complain and have some kind of actions which will better improve your business would wide.
If possible (To know the real fact and activities of that show room employee of approaching the customer, you can have your central office team member to take surprise visit to that respective show room as normal customer)
