Magadh University — regarding online marksheet request update

I have applied for marksheet online with option to received by post in july first week 2019. Still i have not receive any communication. My request i'd is 20517
None of the phone number is working mentioned on web. No way to communicate with university to get the updates about the process status.
Kindly do needful.
I tried to call public relation officer but his phone is not working also.

Sir, BA part 1 and part 2 result is showing pending online! As checking after 48hrs it is apearing pending kindly make it visual !
