Magadh University — Regarding passing certificate

Sir, I requested for my passing certificate through online. It took rupees 700.date was given 21st April. But I didn't get anything. I passed my graduation with zoology honours in 2015.please resolve my issue.
My requesting id is 33750/ANJALI RAJ. plz help me.
