Magarpatta City — Rude and unacceptable behaviour of magarpatta electricity department people

Now there are multiple levels of the complaint. I registered a complaint to marb regarding high bill charges and it's been three weeks that the ticket is still I'm open state and no action has been taken for it.
I am resident of magarpatta city, pune and so I went to Magarpatta electricity office for resolution. The staff there is not helpful at all. I registered request for meter check and they put a meter along with mine to check reading. They said they will check for 7 days. Instead of 7 days they kept it for two weeks and I had to again go to office to ask them for updates. The lady there was cleaning the office while I was talking. They should know how to do their job. It was Saturday and she said ok on Monday we will take meter. I asked them to do today so they said we have to do pooja for navratri. What kind of idiotic excuse is that. I had to really push them to do the job that they are hired for.
I then filed a couple complaint to check for fault meter reading the same day and paid 236 rs. They said it will take couple of days for response and they will call me. It's been 6 days and nothing has happened. I called them on Wednesday (28 oct) and asked for status they told me they will call me back in evening. But they din. I called them on Thursday they again said the lady is not here. I asked them to give me reference number for query so that I can find status online so the angry person on the phone started yelling - don't tell me how to do my duty. When are you planning to give behavioural training to these goons. Anger management classes should be taken for them. Had they been doing there jobs properly there would not have been any issues. I was just asking for reference number what was wrong in that and then like kids they cut the fone and since yesterday I have called them numerous times they are not picking phone. I am not their relative that they have stopped picking phone. It is their job and duty to cater to customers complaints. They are paid for it. We pay taxes to pay such useless people? Getting angry for asking reference number? Are you kidding me.
This is unacceptable and action should be taken. Take them to some classes .
