Magic Holidays A Fraud Company — CHEATED AND LOOTED BY THE COMPANY

I have experienced really a bad time with magic holidays. Its going to be one year I am waiting for my refund. each and every person is ignoring at magic holiday. Let me copy paste of my mail which i mailed to their MANAGER AND relationship executive. in which i have explain from staring to end. Kindly go through the mail. Dear Yashoo After almost 3 months in your group as a member of BLUE STUDIO, I am drafting such a mail after bearing such an unprofessional response from your Executive Mr Achal since last 2 months on various occasions. It’s really high time now that I left calling him for any purpose as he has taken us for granted. I need this mail to reach the highest management of the panoramic holiday group or I know the way how to make this happen. Following are thefacts & figures which made us to put a written complaint against him. ü Morning shows the day & Achal has proved this very well from the Day 1 by showing his apathy & disloyalty towards his organization by unlawfully keeping & forgetting the company & membership signed documents with Magic Holiday in a mere road side eatery shop. The papers had our signatures & phone numbers by which the shop owner called me & informed the location where it was missed. Subsequently I informed the same to him & he acted quite ignorant about this & rather told me that this can never happen with any of his colleague also. Then I informed this to you & we both took it seriously as a matter of concern to your organization as well as a threat to me & my family as it had all contact details & numbers (including my wife) which can be dealt wrongly by a miscreant & can led to dangerous consequences which is quite natural all these days. ü Mr Achal could very well smell what was going on in his office related to this matter & tried to grab the papers in his control before any drastic step was taken against him, so he went the very next day & collected the papers from the vendor & have dealt emotionally with that person so that he would not raise any alarms further and took advantage of being a regular customer of that shop. Even I called the shop owner next time, he told that the papers have been taken by the person concerned & no more calls please in that regard which somehow gave a full stop to this so called negligence. ü Interesting fact is that next day he accepted his mistake & apologized the very act & pleaded before me not to escalate this further & even I told him to learn from this small lesson & also made him realize that the worst scenario consequences that can happen if the papers would have reached into wrong hands. Last but not the least it is hampering the moral value of his organization. What impression would a lay man carry if he finds some important official documents of a particular organization being so carelessly misplaced? Certainly everybody will think that the person is not responsible one & should not be a part of a good company. Anyways I felt that he should at least get a chance to realize his mistakes & prove himself in future. So as a human being I did not escalate this matter further, not even to you but I was wrong that time that I helped such a person who in fact tried to put me into trouble. ü Then I requested Mr Achal to process our welcome kit soon which is well deserved as we have paid for that & instead of showing some respect & courtesy, he rather delayed the process & we received it after a month’s time which is really surprising. Kindly check & confirm from courier helpdesk in case of any doubt. ü Next comes the heights of commitment that Mr Achal had given in last 3 months to just deliver a travel bag as a part of the welcome kit. It seems Mr Achal has really given a feel that Panoramic group is a road side company & we are repenting on where we have landed doing the membership. Every other week he puts a SMS or calls up that he will be with the bag @ our residence but never turns up & for which we have lost so many weekends just waiting for his arrival. This is just ridiculous act which have rose our frustration level to the peak. Kindly train your people that they should value their commitments so that respect will flow accordingly to the organization. It’s not a matter of small bag, it’s a value of your commitment which shows the respect & dedication towards your organization. ü As per a member of Blue Studio, we have been offered a 2 N – 3D holiday package to any of the location for experiencing the hospitality of your resort & we have been asked to book it 15 days in advance. If you remember there was an extended holiday during I- Day this year ( 15th till 18th August) which was a good time to avail this offer. So we tried to call him around last of July to have a clarity on this but neither he responded that time nor he gave any call back. At that time due to Eid we had been to my home town & tried to reach him on August 4th from a separate number & then he picked up & started making excuses. Now you tell me what compensation you will give us for your mere negligence which resulted in our loss of holiday plan as 15 days criteria was not meeting. Look time that passed can never be brought back but there are ways by which a common man can lodge complaints leading to harassment & subsequent compensation. ü Then after much arguments we have been called by your customer care for a newly added location called New Tehri in Uttarakhand during the monsoon. Later we cancelled the trip & it was a blessing in disguise for us as the very next day, we found this place in newspaper that it has been disconnected from the rest of the world due to heavy floods in Uttarakhand. I remember Mr Achal has tried his level best to force us to go for this location appreciating the spot to be one of the best in India. At least you people should have a common sense before suggesting for any place based on the climatic conditions prevailing. We would have been in great trouble if we would have come in the grip of his words & mere false attractions. You should educate your staff to be more careful going forward. So ultimately we are now left without any vacation, lost a 4 day stretch of holidays which comes rarely in a calendar year for corporate employees. ü Now we are being called by your HO about the payment of the rest amount. Do you feel worth paying after all these incidents that happened back to back if you had been in my position? Rather I am feeling guilty why did I go for this membership at all? ü Initially We had a very good feeling about you & your staff but day by day it has worsen & it’s all because of a single person who did all these nuisance . I was even feeling referring to my colleagues, friends & relatives but now it’s really painful for me to bear like this anymore. I want your feedback on to this by maximum this weekend or else I shall be forcefully taking up to the level which will put all of you in deep trouble. We don’t want to hear any more calls from this particular person & ensure he is not coming to deliver the bag. AFTER WRITING THIS MAIL WE DID NOT GOT ANY RESPOSE FROM THERE. THEN I WRITE THIS MAIL TO RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE. Hi Pradanya Please go through the whole mail content as I don't know who will read end to end & give me satisfactory response. But just to inform you that I will go to human rights, Press & Media for this harassment I have received till date post membership. I need all my money refund back as a part of your lack of fulfillment & will claim further compensation for multiple harassment over phone calls. Also I would like to inform you that we have been forced to do this membership showing lucrative offers & benefits which were still not converted on reality. We have received a call to receive the gift hamper as a part of lucky draw & have requested to spare 30 mins time but wasted our whole day (around 5 hours). But still we have not received the gift even if we have been a part of your Magic Holiday group member. As discussed also go through the trail mail sent to your concerned team who was responsible for our membership with Magic Holiday group. Now its almost 50 days time frame to my below raised concern but nobdy bothered to give us a satisfactory answer after making chain of false commitments from last 5 months since the day we joined this group, one such live example is stated below which is made by Mr Yashoo that he will take care of our concern treating us as precious customer. Then again he leaves the case as it is & forgets everything to wait for next level of escalation. We had been assured of certain facilities being a member of your group but after the payment of said amount for BLUE STUDIO - MINI MAGIC, we have been deprived of availing even a 2D/3N stay as a part of your membership package. We are still struggling to get the same even after your mails & commitments. Now we have started receiving threatening calls from your CALL CENTRE that there is no more MINI MAGIC membership & demanding for further upgrade & rest payment which is really unjustified. I can recollect a statement made by Mr Yashoo during our 1st meet --- Magic group carries such a good & fabulous relationship with their members that they used to call them in their personal parties even. If this is the reality then why an exception with our case. Does he have any personal problem with us to have this discrimination? These are all baseless stuff he has shown for attracting customers which he thinks will just pull him up in his organizational hierarchy by meeting his monthly targets. Now I will show him how things actually move in long run if a single customer is dissatisfied. The joint commitment we had done during our membership was that we will upgrade this membership once we avail the service & facilities of your so called resort & then share our experience post our travel. But now you are expecting us to upgrade this pack it without even giving us a fair chance to enjoy a single travel to your resort. Now I want to brief what happened after August 22nd till date as the prior self explainatory in the trail mail. After Yashoo's promise in the trail mail, we waited for his response but nothing came from his side & while calling him we only got busy & out of station response from his end. Few days later we received a call from Mr. Shivam Shrivastav regarding our payment of pending EMI's. I explained him all our grievances once more & he assured to provide the BAG & help us to avail our reservation to GOA as a part of 2D/3N stay. He suggested to mail him regarding our reservation details & check the resort in your website o[censored]NITED21 in which 1st 4-5 links was of EMERALD resort. As per his suggestion I mailed him the details of the trip with date & person name. After a week or two, I received a confirmation mail with booking in another hotel named GRACIANO cottage without even seeking our consent on this choice. I replied on mail to secure booking in EMERALD resort instead of GRACIANO cottage but no revert on that. Then I called Shivam & then he told that EMERALD resort will not be available to us as we have not paid our initial EMI's yet which seems real disgusting stuff. When it comes to you --- failing to deliver a single BAG & UTENSIL gift hamper since last 5 months which is a part of your membership commitment, its a small error which nobody in your group even owned to deliver. Then how can you decide by your own that who will stay in which resort, at least you people should feel ashamed of doing this kind o[censored]nprofessional act of dealing with customers. Then I tried to consult Yashoo on this but got a reply that he is out of station & will call back after 25th of Sept but never got a call from his side after his promised date. As Yashoo had promised us to give to & fro facility to the destination, so I thought of giving a last try to him but somebody else picked & told that he used to be in meetings all days from 9 AM to 6 PM. So it was quite understood that he is trying to avoid us & then we thought it to take up to the next level. See this is the kind of response & harrassment we are getting from this group since Day1. Then I received a call on 10th of October from your group ( bearing No[protected] by Mr Prasad who without knowing the facts & figures tried to use abusive language & threatened me for not paying the EMI's. He even told that this GOA trip would stand cancelled as we have not paid the EMI's & our membership will also lapse due to this. He even did not try to listen me as a customer & treated me as if he is collecting money forcibly -- kindly go through the recorded voice for further clarity. He even tried to call back mulitiple times after my disconnection as its of no use to have conversation who does not know the courtesy to listen to his customers especially to a lady ( should be aware of the consequence at least what action a lady can take on being harrassed over phone) . After informing the Prasad's misbehaviour scenario to Mr Shivam, I received a feedback that Prasad being a resident of Mumbai used to represent in that way which is ridiculous that your team even accepts the fact that Panoramic group executives use slum & road side language to their customers even in this time where customers are treated as KING in any part of industry particularly in hospitality where customer should be treated as GOD. I was going through your website for E mail ID's of Senior Management but failed to search any contact name or ID's to reach out our escalations & concerns. But in the mean time I came through a huge complaints & feedbacks from hundred dissatisfied members like us with whom this group had done fraudilism. While sharing this view to you, you even told that your competitors used to post such feedback in order to put the image of this company down. If this is true then I am giving you 1 week time to either resolve our issue (which means providing GOA holday trip in EMERALD resort including to & fro, along with all the necessary gift hampers to be delivered on time) or by refunding our whole money back or else we will meet legally in court. This is the last communication mail to your team trusting your words that before taking any legal action I should convey everything related to this membership journey since last 5 months. Hope you will respond timely on this or else I will treat you the same as the character shown by others earlier. BUT MY THIS MAIL ALSO DID NOT WORKED. SO FINALLY I CAME TO THIS WEBSITE TO SHOW THEIR COLOURS. LOOKING FORWARD FOR ANY SOLUTION BY THIS FORUM AND I WILL ALSO INVOLVE MEDIA NOW IN THIS. WILL NOT LEAVE THESE GUYS.
