[Resolved] Magic Holidays — amount deducted after cancellation | |||
My magic holidays membership no. F5/cdg/0009. I have already cancelled my membership last year then why your company deducted an amount of rs. 4856/- on 26th march. When i joined for the membership then they did not tell me that they have put the future installments on auto debit. This is fraud. Refund my money. Below is the cancellation confirmation email from magic holidays team. On 22-dec-2017, at 12:45 pm, custmer relations wrote: Dear sir/madam, Further to our telecom and your request about membership cancellation, As per the membership rules of magic holiday plan, any amount paid towards this membership is non refundable, hence the paid amount is non-refundable and no amount is due to you from our company. Please note that as per the membership rules of magic holiday plan the payments made by you towards magic holiday plan were adjusted first in admission cost, which is non-refundable. As per the declarations signed by you and as per the membership rule stated above, no amount is due by our company to you towards magic holiday plan.
