Magic Holidays — Company is about to Shut Down

Hi All,

I am the ex employee of Magic Holidays.
Please be aware that company is currently operating with only 6 employees and they are just collecting EMI's and Maintenance charges from the customers.
If any member asks about the booking then they collect maintenance charges and providing bookings through Make My Trip portal, which any common man can easily do by his /her own. (You Can check with they as they provide MMT voucher as booking voucher from Magic Holidays).

Earlier they were having their own Hotels and Resorts and under the ownership basis we were paying them maintenance amount on yearly basis to maintain the properties.

As per current situation they didn't have any own property operational with them as all the properties are sealed by SEBI and not a single property is tied up with them then why should we pay the Maintenance?

You can cross verify by asking any location with fixed property, the reservation team will give you common answer as "sir it is always subject to availability".

I request all the members to stop paying your harden earned money to Magic Holidays as EMI or AMC and please claim for refund.
