[Resolved]  Magic Holidays — False Promises /No refunds/ Fraud Company

Employees of Magic Holidays Sold me a product with wrong information and now those employees left the company. and Company is saying that we are not responsible for our employees Act. What should i Do. Company is not refunding and not giving me any holidays. for the amount of Rs. 15750/- that i have paid. Magic holidays is a fraud company. Because the same act has been been done with many people. The Employee who left the company told me that company do such things intentionally on instructions of its senior management.
