In the Month of Feburary 2 employees( Gaurav Singh & Shailendra Singh Lucknow branch) of company came to me with an offer of membership. I refused to take any such membership. Then they offered me a 6 night and 7 days holidaypackage in Rs. 15750. I agreed for the Holiday of a weekend but not for membership. After that i did not recieved any kit or Holiday Voucher for 2 months. After 2 months I received a welcome kit by Shailendra Singh
in Opened Condition. There was nothing like a holiday voucher of 6 nights and 7 days. When I asked him about this he told me that holiday will be booked through mail. i asked the process for booking but he didnot told me anything. every time he was Avoiding me on phone. From last two months he is not taking my calls. And finally when i decided to talk to branch office of Lucknow I came to know that there is nothing like such holiday plan and
you paid taken a membership of 25 years by making 10% down payment and you are not eligible for any holidays till you pay next three installments. And today i called Shailendra from a different mobile number he is saying that
if company will not give you any holiday then i will give to you. What kind of shamefull committement he is making
when he is not in company and he has resigned.
What kind of fraud is this.
I request to resolve this issue
I want my money back any how.
And i also request to all people not to join any membership of this company.
