As per our final telephonic conversation dated 26 March 2018,
We are ready to process the booking as per membership terms and conditions. As per the policy, we can accommodate 2 adult and 2 kids (below 12 year) in 1 studio room.
We have explained the terms and conditions of the membership and you have agreed and signed for the same member application form.
Further to your request about membership cancellation,
As per the Membership Rules of Magic Holiday Plan, any amount paid towards this membership is non refundable, hence the paid amount is non-refundable and no amount is due to you from our Company.
Please note that as per the Membership Rules of Magic Holiday Plan the payments made by you towards Magic Holiday Plan were adjusted first in admission cost, which is non-refundable.
As per the declarations signed by you and as per the Membership Rule stated above, no amount is due by our company to you towards Magic Holiday Plan.
Please confirm to my email and I’ll take the system action accordingly.
