Magic Holidays — Membership cancelled, but refund not received since 5 years.

The thane marketing team fooled us by promising various offers. But after receiving the membership, it was found that several things promised wasnt included. So i sent mail for cancellation. But they are saying its non-refundable.
Pl give back my money. Its been 5 years now.
