Magic Holidays — money refund.

Please note we have paid near about Rs.45000/-. But no one is responding our calls & mails. Your online system is not working.

1. Your customer care number is not working.
2. Your landline number is not working.
3. We can not book our holiday in the month of April & May due to software problem !!!.
4. Your representative are always busy and not ready to talk with us.

These all above reasons are forcing us to logged a complaint in consumer forum.

Myself santosh Gajanan Bendre member of your magic holidays club since may 2015, still I have not enjoyed any holiday of my memberships which are pending since may 2015 .please revert me ASAP.
