Magic Holidays — not getting refund for cancellation of membership within 10 days period | |
Here I want to share the my really bad experience with Magic Holidays. I want to file complaints against your Holiday Consultant Mr. Zaid Momin (+[protected], so please accept my complaints and take the action. Mr. Zaid Momin is very liar representative and not trustable like your other representatives of magic holidays, He cheated me and misguided me. As per your company policy for cancellation request, that any customer is eligible for refund within 10 days if he or she request for the same. My cancellation request is within 10 Days but Mr Zaid Momin intentionally not proceed my request timely and he made me promises that I am able to refund my hardest earned money within 45 Days but till date I have not received any refund amount. I feel very bad and disappointed from magic holidays because your company not taking care for the genuine customers. Once again I have requesting, please help me for my refund money of 23852/- to short out my financial problem. I have not taking any services of membership of magic holidays.
