I realized that we have become the victim of misselling by magic holidays sales staff who pressurised us for taking the membership without ex planning the terms and conditions. They even misguided us and never told about free look period. Important points were deliberately hided and we were given attraction for gift vouchers and coupons. I don't think all this will add value to your company besides giving bad name to it. We were in impression that we are safe with magic holidays but it seems we have been cheated by sales team in order to book business in there code.
