Magicart — No benefit no refund

Last four months I am not getting any benefit and refund from magicart. My file is under mr. naresh sharma contact no. [protected] & [protected]. He has charged from me 1, 46, 100/- . I call him daily but he commitment to give benefit but before giving benefit he always tell me about unnecessary charges which i have paid them fifteen times. Please help me for my refund.
