I subscribed for MbPrime Pro subscription, However the services were not working as expected. I was not able to pull any owner or agent info for any property. I was getting error like email id or phone number as blocked.
Reporting to Magicbricks customer support is like talking to a wall, In first place they did not understand the issue. Second, these people were saying that there is a daily limit. What is the point of taking a subscription, i can either fetch 10 numbers in a day to contact the property, and by blocking this MagicBricks is forcing customer to restrict the contacts.
MagicBricks team responded that account block issue was fixed, but now i am unable to login at all
Error: 1. No user found for this email id
2. No user found for this mobile number.
So where the money has gone? Is this called customer service? Is this MagicBricks make profit out of the subscription packages? Was this information helpful? |
