MagicBricks — Fraud Owners

As I found an owner name Gaurav Pandey[protected] on 29th Nov from MagicBricks premium services and have spoken to him on the phone asking about his fully furnished flat of which he also posted the photos of the flat in my WhatsApp and then wanted me to pay him 2000 as visiting fee which is refundable and as I paid the money, he said his visiting manager will contact you shortly and take you further and verify your details and then you can come to visit the flat and confirm the flat. His visiting manger whose name was Rohit ([protected]) have contacted me on 1st Dec and verified the details asked me about where I work after that he wanted me to pay an amount of 8099 which he said they need to show that in the software and is a gated society which is secured by 4-5 guards and there is a process that they need to follow. after paying the amount he said your amount have been stuck in your deposit and asked me to pay more 8000 then your visiting card will be ready and after payment he said this amount has also been stuck and asked for more money to get that stuck money back or else the amount will be locked for 24days, and they cannot do anything. so, in this manner he have took a deposit of 80, 000 and said will process your visiting card and your payment will be refunded with in 3hours and after that he has not been lifting the call and no response from him and as i called the owner he said he would talk to the manger and make sure my money is returned as soon as possible and after sometime both were not responding on the call and have turned off their phones. This all happened only due to magic bricks providing the wrong information and maintaining these kind of fraud owners in their portal. I seriously demand to file a complaint on the magic bricks for bringing me a fraud owner like this and please help me to get my money back.
