MagicBricks — No updates from Assisted Selling after payment

I have availed of Assisted Selling Services and the relationship manager assigned was Ms Unnati ([protected]). Payment of Rs. 6, 000/- against Order No.. 41240683 was made for 2 months of assisted Selling Services.

We were told there will be a call from the photoshoot person within 48 hours. No call came. I sent a message to Ms Unnati on 4 May but no reply yet.

In this way, I am losing out on days where the property will be visible to potential customers. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.
