MagicBricks — Package related fraud from company

Hi my name in Nagarjuna
i was posted my property in magi bricks platform on last month i got a call from magicbricks customer sale services her name is sushmitha she said that "you can sell your property with in less than of time using with titanium pro package" she gave her personal mobile number also for any query
after long time i was convice my self and purchased that package with the cost of 3800 rs on 6th december through online payment
then after there is no response from magicbricks and their customer support team also
i want to complaint against magicbricks and i want to repay my to me as soon as possible
still there is no response
