MagicBricks — Poor support... Excess money taken for subscription | |||||
Dear sir, My name is aniruddha aditya and i listed a property in magicbricks.com. Few weeks back a call centre lady (Priyanka - [protected]) called up and said that she has a huge discount if paid today for the listing i have in mb. Somehow she showed me the listing cost is 12000/- and she can provide me at 7000. After negotiation we finally agreed to 5000 and i purchased the titanium package. 1) when i download the magic bricks mobile app. The same listing was costing only 3960/-. 2) it took more than a week to get my listing refreshed. 3) customer care post sale doesn't care or respond to address.
