I had taken the gold plan while posting an ad on magicbricks, but the payment had failed & i received an email notification from them.in the mail, a payment link was mentioned & i completed the transaction to buy the gold plan. When i checked my accounts the next day, i was charged twice. So i sent a complaint to magicbricks customer support. I received a reply that aman would resolve my query in 12-15 business hours.
I had raised the complaint on 16th october, but still no revert or refund received, even after multiple follow ups.
