MagicBricks — Scammed and refund pending

Ever since I purchased a Tatanium plus package on 8th Aug 2023, worth more than Rs[protected]+ with offer), I have several issues with the Magicbricks app and web.Magicbricks ticket IDs 2658007, 2656831
I am not able to view a single tenants number.I Am prompted to purchase a plan even though I purchased the most premium plan .Second issue:
All the beautiful photos were deleted and some crappy photos were uploaded that were not my home by the so called Magicbricks professional photoshoot guy
It prompts me to purchase a premium package even though I am already a premium Titanium owner.I have not been able to utilize Magicbricks services and instead they wasted money, time and resources.They are not processing the refund inspite of repeated calls.Everytime they say theconcerned team will call you.Magicbricks is Such a fraud company
Pls compensate the loss.
