MagicBricks — Worst Service Experience after purchasing premium promotion package

Dear Sir,
It was my worst experience at Magic Bricks. I didn't not any call from my Relationship Manager, nor any proper response.I had complained thrice to Sales person and even my RM through which i purchased my plan, but no response. I request the management to extend my services for another 6 months or kindly refund the money.
