Magicpin — paid my phone bill amount deducted from paytm transaction failed but not showing in my magicpin transection

My registered number is [protected]. Transection was done on 17 may 2019. I paid my mobile bill number [protected] or 200 rs. I made a transection which was failed but my money got deducted from paytm or ₹100. And i got notification and message from your side but my issue is that transection isn't showing in my account and i don't know if you guys are working on my refund or not. Magicpin posted my photos on Google without my permission. I want all my photos to be deleted from there. When i am trying to delete the posts from the app, there is no delete option. I want you to act on this as soon as possible.
This is the violation of privacy. How can it be allowed. Anyone can see your posts, photos on the Google Images.
