Magicpin — refund amount deducted from account

I have paid 500 for bookmyshow voucher 250 from magicpin wallet and 250 from my bank account via UPI from paytm and amount got deducted and i havn't received any voucher code kindly return my amount either in paytm or bank account
it it highly regretting with such app
i have been a user for past 3-4 years this is disgusting from team magicpin
attached payment receipt from paytm upi state bank of india i want refund of 250 rs. in my account
