I have taken refinance for my Mahindra Scorpio vehicle bearing reg no TN10Y 5500 from your company, I had completed all the due ( even though some delay payment ) on april-2015.

But still i am not got my NOC, your collection executive and customer support executive not picking phones, even nobody available at your Chennai office even pick a phone call.

Personally I went to your branch there is no proper response and there are telling we have closed the service and you will contact our HO. 15 days before I have given the complaint to your help desk ( compliant no. [protected]) and 4more time I spoke with your team all the time they assured NOC will issued 10 working day, 5 working day, 48 hours.

nobody available in this office & even pick a phone call I have tried more than 100 times. and magme help line number not working from today afternoon[protected]
