Magna Infotech — My Original 10th Mark sheet is not returned by Magna InfoTech

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ramakrishna Naisa. I was an employee to Magna InfoTech. At the time of joining in Magna InfoTech. I have submitted my original 10th mark sheet for verification to a resource on 6 Aug 2012. And I follow up with company from 19 September 2013 to return the mark sheet. I resigned the company on 26 September 14. Till now my10th mark sheet is with Magna info tech. I asked them to return the mark sheet, "They asked to drop mail". Even i call the resource whom I submitted at the time of joining. She told me "she left the organization”.
